Anne Dudek
Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25 in 1970) is an American actor. She is well known for playing Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House, as Lura Grant on HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson in the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek is an American actress who is best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy movie White Chicks. She is also popular for her television roles as Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek was raised and born in Massachusetts. She went to Northwestern University, where her debut performance as an actor was in a theatrical production called The Iphigenia Cycle. It was off-Broadway, and in New York City. There she was awarded the Joseph E. CALLOWAY award for her outstanding performances. American Theater Magazine featured her as one the most talented young actors to follow. Dudek got parts on television as well as film. Matthew Heller was the husband of the incredibly talented actor from 2008-2016. Dudek was born on March 22, 1975 in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. When she was a child, she studied at Northwestern University. She appeared in a variety of theater shows as well as made her Broadway debut with Wrong Mountain. Her performance in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group was the first British drama comedy she was a part of. Since then, she has guest-starred on a range of shows, including Desperate Houswives: Charmed Bones Numb3rs Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. She also portrayed Lucinda Barry in the first episode of Psych as well as a teacher who is involved in a sexual affair to one of her pupils on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek got her first role in House during its fourth season, playing the character Amber Volakis. Amber is among Dr. Gregory House's 40 candidates for a position as an indefinite member of House's team. She continued to portray her character throughout the entire season, however she died in Wilson's head as well as the House's heart in the two-part finale of the show. House would later show her in a different version of herself in the five-season episode Saviors. Dudek subsequently appeared in Big Love and Mad Men with recurring roles in the role of Alby Grant's shady spouses, Francine Hanson. Dudek was featured in Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks who is the sibling of the protagonist. In 2004, she played Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line hero to the family of White Chicks. She also appeared as the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
